Interviews
If you are selected for an interview you can expect to hear from us within two weeks of the closing date and a recruitment representative will provide more detailed information on the process at this time.
To prepare for the interview, take time to research the agency and learn more about the role. Refer to the position description to review the requirements and focus capabilities to prepare for any likely questions you could be asked. The interview will involve behavioural-based questions that help us find out how you might think and act by asking how you have performed in different situations in the past.
Assessment task
Every role is different and will require various methods of assessing. It is common for candidates post interview to complete a OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) to see if they would be a good fit for the role and our agency.
Reference checks
Candidates progressing to the next stage will be asked to complete reference checks. Our referencing is managed externally by Xref, candidates will be asked to provide two professional referees, preferably their current or previous line managers and the reference will be completed online.
Unsuccessful candidates
Due to the large number of applications we receive for each job opening, we will notify unsuccessful candidates by email of the outcome of their application. Candidates who are unsuccessful during the interview stage may request to receive feedback from the hiring manager.
