Industry webinar: School-Based Apprenticeship and Traineeship Program

The NSW Choose Tourism Program will conduct a webinar for tourism and hospitality operators to promote the benefits and explain how to access the School-Based Apprenticeship and Traineeship (SBAT) program. 

Following this webinar operators will be invited to express their interest in a SBAT program and will be connected to local school authorities to explore opportunities to transition a high school student from school into their business.

Industry survey

The NSW Choose Tourism Program is conducting a survey of the tourism and hospitality industry to gain insights into workforce challenges and gaps in skills.

The information gained from this survey will enable the program to better support businesses and provide valuable feedback to assist workplace support agencies in addressing any challenges they are encountering.
