The NSW Choose Tourism Mentor Program is a six-month program that aims to:

  • Support employee career development
  • Develop emerging leaders
  • Reinforce employee training
  • Onboard employees effectively
  • Promote diversity
  • Foster connections between employees in a remote workplace
  • Aid succession planning and develop high potential employees
  • Improve company culture
  • Increase employee retention
  • Support an employer brand that nurtures and values its talent.

The program will be available in regional NSW for tourism and hospitality workers who are looking for guidance to progress their skills and careers.

The program will commence in May 2024 and is limited to 70 mentors and mentees.
