Destination NSW is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from NSW visitor economy operators and destination representatives to exhibit at the 2025 Business Events NSW Showcase.
The event will be held at Machine Hall in Clarence Street, Sydney on Wednesday 25 June from 5-8pm. It will bring to life Destination NSW’s fresh approach to growing the business events sector in regional NSW.

The event will highlight Business Events NSW's ‘Feel New’ brand positioning - ‘Corporate events that feel anything but’ messaging, which aims to present an engaging alternative to the traditional business event experience.
Business event visitors are a high-yield sector of the NSW visitor economy. Domestic overnight conference visitors to NSW spend on average $547 per night, which is 130.7 per cent higher than domestic leisure visitors spend per night ($237).
Key decision makers and buyers representing corporate companies, association groups and professional conference planning organisations are seeking interesting, exciting and immersive destinations and delegate experiences for their business events.
More than 100 influential business event planners will be invited to the 2025 Business Events NSW Showcase to enjoy a taste of the diverse experiences in regional NSW that ensure a corporate event feels like a celebration, not a convention.
