The Caravan and Camping, Land Lease Living and Manufactured Housing Industry Associations NSW hosted their 2024 Awards of Excellence on 20 November 2024, at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel in Sydney.
The event celebrated the outstanding achievements of individuals and businesses who exemplify excellence in service, innovation and community engagement and business success.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Max Elsley Award for Commitment to a Stronger NSW Industry. In its second year since the award was established, the award went to Carmen and Tim Risby, owners of Tathra Beach Eco Camp.
The dynamic couple have shown remarkable leadership during times of adversity, using their resilience and creativity to navigate bushfire recovery and have been inspired to create a thriving eco-destination.
